04 _{Ownership: The artist retains all rights to the artwork until full payment is received.}

05 _{Usage: Clients are granted non-exclusive rights to use the artwork for personal or promotional purposes, not for resale or commercial gain.}

06 _{Delivery: The final artwork will be delivered in digital format (email) unless otherwise agreed upon.}

07 _{Copyright: The artist retains the copyright to the artwork and may showcase it in their portfolio or for self-promotion.}

08 _{Deadline: Timelines for completion will be agreed upon before commencing the project.}

09 _{Termination: Either party may terminate the project if necessary, with appropriate compensation for work completed.}

10 _{Project Abandonment: If the client fails to make contact or respond for a period of one month, it will be considered an automatic indication that the project is abandoned.}

11 _{By proceeding with the project, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.}
